To update the payment method, users need to:

1. Log into the Upmetrics account.
2. Navigate to the Subscription section.
3. Find and click on the "Payment Details" option.
4. Select "Update Payment Card" to edit payment information.
5. Fill in the new payment information including the cardholder's name, the card number, the expiration date, and the CVV code.
6. Click the "Update" button to save the new payment information.

The new payment details will be immediately updated in the system. Future charges for the account will be applied to the new payment method entered. Remember, only the account owner can change the payment details for an Upmetrics subscription.
